Terms of Use

The deal, in plain language — what you get, what you can do with it, and how refunds work.

1. Acceptance of Terms

By purchasing, accessing, or using ClaudeKit products (claudekit.dev), you agree to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please don't use the services.

We may update these Terms; material changes will be announced on the site and, for customers, by email. Continued use after changes means acceptance.

2. What ClaudeKit Is

ClaudeKit sells downloadable kits of AI agent definitions, skills, slash commands, and runnable scripts for use with Anthropic's Claude Code. Kits are delivered as private GitHub repository access and versioned release archives.

ClaudeKit is an independent product. It is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Anthropic. "Claude" and "Claude Code" are trademarks of Anthropic, PBC.

3. Licenses & Plans

  • Per-kit subscription ($14.99/mo or $119/yr): a license to use the kit for one person/company, including updates while the subscription is active.
  • Lifetime ($99 one-time): a perpetual license to the kit as shipped at purchase. Future updates are not included.
  • All-Access ($49.99/mo or $399/yr): every current and future kit while active.
  • Pro ($29.99/mo): any three kits while active.

Licenses are per individual or single legal entity. You may use kit output (code, content, videos, copy) in commercial projects without restriction.

4. What You May Not Do

  • Redistribute, resell, sublicense, or publicly mirror the kits themselves
  • Share your license key or downloaded kit files with non-licensees
  • Remove license watermarks from release archives
  • Use the kits to build a directly competing kit catalog

5. Third-Party Components

Kits build on permissively licensed open-source work. Attributions and original licenses are listed in each kit's NOTICE.md. Those components remain under their original licenses; our license terms apply to the original work we add.

VideoKit generates Remotion composition code; rendering it is governed by your own Remotion license (free for individuals and small teams at the time of writing — check remotion.dev).

6. Payments & Refunds

Payments are processed by Dodo Payments as merchant of record. Prices are in USD; taxes may be added at checkout based on your location.

We offer a 14-day refund policy: email hello@claudekit.dev within 14 days of purchase and we'll refund you. Repeated purchase-refund cycles of the same kit may be declined.

Subscriptions can be cancelled anytime and remain active until the end of the paid period.

7. Disclaimers

Kits are provided "as is". AI output requires human review — you are responsible for what you ship, publish, price, or send. Token-cost figures are measured estimates (ceil of characters / 4) and may differ from actual provider billing. Outcome examples on the site are illustrations, not guarantees of results.

Claude Code itself is Anthropic's product and requires your own Anthropic account and usage costs.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ClaudeKit's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim. We are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

9. Termination

We may terminate access for breach of these Terms (e.g., redistribution). Lifetime licenses survive termination of services for everything already delivered, unless terminated for breach.
